Job Description
Provide Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers or internal users needing assistance with Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and more.
• Incident Management: Monitor, log, and troubleshoot incidents reported through service tickets, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Use Azure portal, logs, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve basic cloud infrastructure and service-related issues.
• System Monitoring: Monitor the health of Azure services, ensuring that systems are performing optimally. Assist in resolving minor performance issues, errors, and service interruptions.
• Configuration Assistance: Assist in configuring Azure services and resources based on predefined templates and standards.
• Support Azure Security: Ensure that security policies and procedures are followed, helping to identify potential security incidents related to cloud infrastructure.
• Escalation to Higher Levels: When necessary, escalate issues to senior team members or Azure engineers for complex or unresolved issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and escalations in ticketing systems.
• User Training: Assist users with understanding and using basic features in Azure, offering training and guidance as needed.
