Job Description

In this role, you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of the BAU testing function, leading day‑to‑day testing activities and directly managing the Quality Assurance team. You’ll drive test maturity through a pragmatic uplift roadmap, implementing robust, scenario‑based test coverage across the platform.

You’ll bring solid understanding of trade lifecycle events, to orchestrate testing across multiple workstreams. Working closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure high‑quality outcomes throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

• 9+ years of QA experience as an Individual contributor and as well as managing the team

• Strong expertise in banking & financial domain with a clear understanding of trading lifecycle

• Experience in manual & automation testing, non functional testing, observability tools, BDD framework and SQL
