Your Role

Manage and maintain Test Environments (SIT, UAT, Pre‑Prod, Performance) ensuring stability, availability, and configuration accuracy.
Coordinate with QA, Development, DevOps, and Release teams to ensure environments are ready for testing cycles.
Support environment setup, build & deployment activities, including basic troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues.
Work with Jenkins to run builds, deployments, smoke checks, and environment validation.
Perform configuration management across environments and maintain version consistency.
Implement and monitor environment health dashboards, logs, and alerts for proactive issue detection.

4–8 years of experience in Test Environment Management / QA Environment Support.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins for executing builds and deployments.
Good understanding of testing life cycle, QA processes, and test environment readiness.
Knowledge of CI/CD fundamentals and release processes.
Experience with basic scripting (Shell/Python) for environment checks and automation.
Familiar with configuration management tools (Ansible/Chef/Puppet) or config files.
Working knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, or equivalent).
