Software Development Engineer in Test

 Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated test frameworks and test suites for our modernized platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and product managers to understand system architecture, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
* Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and scenarios for new features, integrations, and performance enhancements within the modernized platform.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, ensuring continuous feedback and early defect detection.
* Perform root cause analysis of defects, identify trends, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
* Champion best practices in software quality assurance, test automation, and performance testing across the team.
* Mentor junior SDETs and contribute to the overall growth and technical expertise of the QA organization.
* Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality and testability.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and platform modernization.
