Job Description
Your key responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for MuleSoft applications, APIs, and integrations, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations, including analyzing logs and debugging applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design, development, and deployment.
- Monitor MuleSoft environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments (development, testing, production).
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective integration solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, tools, and industry best practices to enhance support capabilities.
- Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience 4-7 Years of experience required in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification.
