Job Description

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support for MuleSoft applications, APIs, and integrations, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations, including analyzing logs and debugging applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design, development, and deployment.
  • Monitor MuleSoft environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments (development, testing, production).
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective integration solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, tools, and industry best practices to enhance support capabilities.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience 4-7 Years of experience required in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification.
