Job Description:

- 5 to 7 years professional experience and relevant track record of leading agile delivery, digital product strategy & execution, change & culture transformation.

- Advises on and executes administrative activities against the operations plans, to enable

the achievement of the Technology strategy.

- Supports the team to deliver appropriate actions to keep the system/service in good

Working order, preventing incidents from arising and restoring system/service to normal

Operation in line with objectives and KPIs.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills in the area of AWS / Azure and DevOps, including ability to effectively address any issues in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and escalate potential delivery issues.

- Drive adoption of Scrum / Agile methodologies for outlining and delivering key objectives in the areas of Cloud and DevOps practice from product, delivery and cultural perspective.

- Foster engagement and collaboration between teams to bring technology together ensuring it runs in an agile manor with the end product and customer experience at the forefront.

- Define Scrum / Agile methodologies and collaborate with AWS, DevOps team and Platform Heads to continually develop and improve agile adoption across cloud delivery and engineering to the end user.

- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, and implement efficiency improvements.

- Increasing efficiency in digital delivery and making the most use of the BAs, SAs, development team, etc. by implementing the necessary processes and their reporting.

- Experience is must in AWS/Azure & understanding of Micro-services architecture.

- Worked on Jira & confluence.

- Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from

Assigned agendas.

o Must have understanding of Safe Agile methodology

o Knowledge of deployment CI/CD Pipeline

o Data log Monitoring and Troubleshooting

o Skills in Web-Server technologies desirable

o Corresponding Incident- and problem-management process
