Build and optimize LLM-powered pipelines (prompting, RAG, evaluation)

Develop candidate-job matching algorithms (ranking, scoring, embeddings)

Work on speech-to-text and conversational AI systems for real-time interviews

Design evaluation frameworks for AI outputs (precision, bias, consistency)

Fine-tune or adapt models as needed (open-source or APIs)

Collaborate with backend team to ship scalable APIs

Improve latency, cost, and reliability of AI systems

• Handle structured and unstructured data (CVs, transcripts, job descriptions)
