AI Engineer Lead

As a Senior, Tax Technology Services on the Global Employer Services Technology Center (GESTC) Analytics/AI team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence solutions from experimentation through production deployment
• Developing retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, model inference workflows, and application programming interfaces using Python and FastAPI
• Integrating structured and unstructured data sources using SQL, cloud services, and data processing tools to support scalable analytics solutions
• Deploying and operating workloads in Amazon Web Services, including services such as Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Lambda, DynamoDB, and Bedrock
• Supporting legacy analytics and extract, transform, load solutions and contributing to migration efforts to the Amazon Web Services stack
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical design, engineering standards, and delivery quality
