AI Engineer

• Design and implementation of Gen AI solutions, building and deploying RAG and agent-based solutions using pre-built LLM models/services.
• Prototyping AI applications for business users.
• Development and implementation of production-level solutions.
• Collaboration with clients, process analysis, requirements gathering.
• Prototyping analytical solutions (testing approaches).
• Presenting concepts and business cases, discussing the results.

• Evaluating new technologies, libraries, approaches, and proposing innovative solutions.

Technology stack:

• Azure: OpenAI, Document Intelligence, AI Search.
• Databricks, Azure ML.
• Open source: Python, LangChain, LangGraph, MLflow, Streamlit
• Sharepoint

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science or related fields, e.g., data science, mathematics, econometrics, quantitative methods.
• Over 2 years of experience as an AI engineer implementing commercial or scientific projects using LLM services.
• Good knowledge of the Azure environment.
• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Good knowledge of RAG techniques, prompt engineering, using LLM, and their implementation in Python.
• Basic knowledge of natural language processing (NLP).

• Knowledge of good programming practices (Code review, Gitlab, CI/CD).

• Good communication skills, ability to conduct business conversations.
• Good knowledge of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting and advisory services

• Experience in implementing data science/AI projects from inception to production launch
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks
• Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Experience in model operationalization
• Certificates confirming skills
