AI Engineer

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
. 7+ years of experience in product development, R&D, or advanced technology roles.
. Proven experience taking ideas from ideation → PoC → pilot/production.
. Strong skills in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
. Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and MLOps.
. Solid understanding of 12‑factor apps, serverless, autoscaling, HA, and cost‑optimized cloud design.
. Experience with observability, deployment strategies (blue/green, canary), and cloud security standards.
. Strong ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
. Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring engineers and working in high‑ambiguity environments.
