AI Engineer

What we're looking for :

- 5+ years of overall experience in AI/ML Engineering

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Azure AI ecosystem

- Strong experience building and deploying production-ready AI applications

- Expertise in designing Multi-Agent Systems for autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool orchestration

- Hands-on with Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex

- Deep understanding of Advanced RAG pipelines :

i. Embeddings

ii. Semantic Chunking

iii. Multi-vector Indexing

iv. Cross-encoder Re-ranking

- Experience in LLM evaluation, model monitoring, and AI guardrails

- Performance optimization for latency, throughput, and scalability in real-time AI systems

- Strong collaboration with Architects and Engineering teams for solution alignment
