AI Engineer

Lead the design, development, and evolution of AI-first software solutions, with a strong focus on applying modern AI and agentic AI paradigms to real-world, high-impact problems across the product lifecycle. Take end-to-end ownership of complex software initiatives, combining strong software engineering fundamentals with advanced AI capabilities, and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with functional and business goals. Design, implement, and evolve Agentic AI workflows, including autonomous agents, LLM orchestration, and AI-driven decision logic, translating experimental concepts into practical, production-ready solutions. Develop and maintain high-quality software components and services, including backend systems, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring clean architecture, testability, and long-term maintainability. Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction, always considering the bigger functional picture rather than just the immediate technical task. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including product owners, data scientists, designers, and other engineers — to clarify requirements, align on priorities, and maximize delivered value. Continuously improve development practices, mentor peers, and foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and constructive challenge.
