How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement generative AI applications from discovery to deployment.
• Establish a best practices framework for deploying cloud architectures, focusing on cost, performance, and security for LLM workloads and vector search.
• Create RAG/LLM evaluation pipelines, embedding strategies, and optimize prompts/runtime.
• Build and maintain MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps workflows for data pipelines, model packaging, CI/CD, and versioning.
• Lead and support teams of skilled AI specialists in delivering practical products.

What You Bring

• Over 3 years of experience in delivering AI/ML solutions, with at least 2 years in leading GenAI initiatives in enterprise settings.
• A university degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AWS CDK and Serverless Framework for solution deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM providers and frameworks like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Proven analytical skills and deep expertise in data science, focusing on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
