. Implement the AI need for the squad/product


. Delivery of AI solutions to a high standard in line with requirements


. Develop with prompt patterns, code with AI, AI augmented testing, and review practices


. Design and implement autonomous AI Agents


. Build agents capable of parsing, analyzing, and reasoning over large codebases


. Implement agent workflows (planning, execution, validation, feedback)

. Contribute to Arval IT Develop


Business and/or technical skills:


. Broad technical knowledge and experience across applications, development frameworks and technologies


. Experience with AI in SDLC: code assistants, test generation, code review augmentation, and LLM integration patterns; understanding of cost/latency/quality trade offs and evaluation.


. AI & Agent Systems: Experience building LLM-powered agents / Prompt Engineering and structured output generation
