AI Technical Lead

Define GenAI Strategy & Architecture: Establish enterprise-wide Generative AI vision, reference architectures, and scalable design patterns (LLMs, RAG, agents, multimodal systems).

Architect LLM-Based Solutions: Design and oversee implementation of production-grade systems including RAG pipelines, AI agents, copilots, prompt frameworks, and model orchestration.

Build & Scale GenAI Platforms: Lead infrastructure design for model hosting, GPU optimization, inference performance, evaluation pipelines, and LLM observability.

Ensure Responsible & Secure AI: Implement governance frameworks covering data privacy, model security, bias mitigation, guardrails, and regulatory compliance.

Drive Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product, engineering, and executives to translate business needs into AI solutions while mentoring senior technical teams.
