AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI & Agent Development

AI Agent Development & LLM Integration :
 

- Design and build AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or PydanticAI
 

- Develop and optimize prompt engineering workflows for LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA)
 

- Create modular, reusable components for agent orchestration and task automation
 

- Implement advanced Generative AI workflows, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Model Deployment & Infrastructure :
 

- Deploy and manage models using Databricks and Azure ML
 

- Build and integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures for real-time AI applications
 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance deployments

Development & Automation :
 

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
 

- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codeium, or Windsurf for accelerated development
 

- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and version control using Git, Jira, and Confluence

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
 

- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in building Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases
 

- Strong understanding of RAG pipelines and LLM-based architectures
 

- Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices
 

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
 

- Experience building AI agents using LangGraph, CrewAI, or PydanticAI
 

- Familiarity with Databricks and cloud-based deployment strategies
 

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven systems
 

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and version control systems (Git)
 

- Understanding of SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies
 

- Comfortable working with AI-augmented development tools

Preferred Qualifications :
 

- Experience with enterprise-scale AI deployments
 

- Exposure to real-time AI systems and microservices architecture
 

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
