Agentic AI Architect (2-8 yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Developer to build, integrate, and scale intelligent agents within an enterprise-grade Agentic AI platform.You will work on developing autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents, implementing orchestration workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring high performance, reliability, and governance of agentic solutions.This role requires strong AI engineering skills combined with practical experience in LLMs, agent frameworks, and real-world AI deployment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for automation and decision-making
Implement multi-agent workflows and orchestration patterns
Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
Develop and optimize prompts, tool usage, and LLM interactions
Build and maintain RAG pipelines and context engineering components
Implement memory management (session, long-term, vector-based)
Ensure agent reliability through validation, guardrails, and error handling
Monitor and optimize agent performance (latency, cost, accuracy)
Implement logging, tracing, and evaluation frameworks for agents
Collaborate with architects and product teams on solution design
Deploy and manage agentic applications on cloud platforms
Continuously improve agents using feedback loops and user insights

Skills & Qualifications :
Strong experience in Python (preferred) or TypeScript
Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI APIs
Experience with agent frameworks (Langgraph, Microsoft Foundry Agent, CrewAI, Google ADK etc)
Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
Experience building APIs and integrating external systems
Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM behavior
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and evaluation
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
