Roles & Responsibilities

Willing to work in shifts and provide On-Call support on rotational basis
Provide technical support for S/4 HANA landscape, monitor and optimize system performance
Monitoring SAP applications using Solution Manager/SAP Cloud ALM
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Have understanding of HANA DB, able to monitor, analyze HANA DB issues.
Work together with the external vendors on SAP Basis Operation topics

About you

Degree in engineering or computer science

Preferred skills

Minimum of 3 years SAP basis experience across multiple SAP components.
Experience with SAP Basis and NetWeaver Administration and PI/PO Experience, Integration Suite (advantageous).
Strong Knowledge with working of HANA DB
Possesses strong analytical, problem solving, diplomatic, communication and client facing skills.
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
Collaborates with others to carry out assigned duties in a self-sufficient and independent way.
