Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Operate autonomously on day-to-day IT Operations activities, ensuring non-production stability and service availability.
- Implement,configureand supervise monitoring, alerting and supervision solutions for applications and technical components.
- Risksidentifyproactively and improvement opportunities andoptimizingnon-Production infrastructure resources (CPU, RAM) on Legacy and IT Cloud environment
- Support development teams to secure and accelerate deliveries in an Agile and DevOps context.
- Adapt to continuously evolving technical environments,toolsand practices bymaintainingup-to-date technical knowledge.
- Identifyoperational issues (performance, flows, security, network) innon-production environment and contribute to corrective and preventive action plans.
- Manage incidents and problems, ensuring efficient service restoration, coordination,communicationand root cause analysis
Contributing Responsibilities
- Participate in IT–Business meetings to understand business priorities,constraintsand operational expectations.
- Provide technical and functional application support to users.
- Contribute to problem management activities, including root cause analysis, actiontrackingand follow-up with stakeholders.
- Support release preparation, deploymentactivitiesand production transitions.
- Maintain and update operational documentation,proceduresand knowledge bases.
- Contribute to planning,prioritizationand coordination of operational and functional activities within the RUN scope.
- Promote best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
- Escalating to the French PHP Team whenrequired
