Job Description
Essential Skills:
- Strong domain knowledge in Card Acquiring, Merchant Settlement and Payment process or financial sector.
- Should have SME functional as well as technical knowledge of Mainframe systems.
- Good to have knowledge of TRAMS, disputes and chargebacks processes
- Sound knowledge of & hands-on work experience inMainframe Skills – Cobol, JCL, DB2, VSAM, ESDS, CICS and REXX
- Database – SQL/Oracle
- Toolset – Easytrieve, Xpeditor, Fileaid, Endeavor
- Scheduler – TWS
- Technology - UNIX, Windows, Scripting
- Monitoring Tool App Dynamics, KIBANA, ITRS

- Ensure application availability and stability by monitoring system performance and proactively addressing issues
- Lead incident resolution to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term fixes to prevent future disruptions
