Job Description
What You will be doing:
• Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
• Responds to customer product inquiries via internet-based email or chat sessions.
• Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
• Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommends corrective action.
• Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
What you bring:
- Minimum 3-5yrs of considerable Hand on Experience in Unix, Linux, SQL are the primary requirements for the role.
- Exposure/Supporting we based application
- Should be able write SQL queries with all types of join and group by
- Should be comfortable using SQL built in functions
- Should be able to debug complex SQL scripts, procedures, views and functions.
- Should be comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Willing to work in Rotational and weekend shift
- Knowledge of the Derivative market especially on post trade activities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise
- Good to have finance [Capital Market] domain Knowledge

- Knowledge of financial services industry and basic financial analysis principles and ratios
