Applied AI Engineer

At LoadShare AI is becoming embedded into the way every team works. As an Applied AI Engineer, you will work at the intersection of business and AI, partnering with teams across Operations, Supply, Finance, and Growth to identify high-impact problems and build AI-driven solutions. 

You will prototype AI solutions, redesign workflows, and deploy intelligent agents that help teams work faster, smarter, and at greater scale. 

You’ll work closely with our central AI Platform team, who provide the infrastructure, tooling, deployment pipelines, and production support required to scale what you build.
