Applied AI Scientist

We are hiring an Applied AI Scientist to build and deploy next-generation AI systems powered by large language models, voice, and multimodal capabilities. This is a hands-on product-focused role where you will design, prototype, and ship agent-based systems that solve real-world business problems.
You will work at the intersection of AI engineering and product development, taking ideas from concept to production. The role requires strong ownership, fast iteration, and the ability to work in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
Design, build, and deploy AI agents across chat, voice, and multimodal platforms
Develop and optimize agent workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, and state management
Build end-to-end conversational systems, including chat agents and real-time voice agents
Implement voice pipelines including speech-to-text (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), turn-taking, and interruptions
Work on multilingual systems, especially optimizing performance for Indian languages
Build intelligent workflow automation systems powered by AI agents
Develop agent-based task execution systems capable of planning, action, and validation
Create AI-driven systems for content generation, campaign automation, and user engagement
Design persona-based AI systems to personalize interactions and outcomes
Implement safeguards including moderation, monitoring, and control mechanisms
Improve system reliability by reducing hallucinations and handling edge cases
Add observability, logging, and debugging mechanisms for AI behavior in production
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ship impactful features
