Assistant Manager -Performance Test Engineer

• Design of test scenarios
• Identification of necessary test data
• Implementation of tests/test procedures in the test tools as well as PI applications and their maintenance
• Execution of tests
• Analysis of test results
• Interpretation and root cause analysis of failed tests
• Creation of defects, including tracking and validation of fixes
• Identification of potential optimizations

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Excellent Senior Technology knowledge in Linux, Java, Tomcat 9+, Spring, Oracle-DB, OpenShift 
• Excellent Senior Toolset knowledge in Tricentis Neoload, LoadRunner
• Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills with all level of stakeholders
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• At least 8 years of experience in IT Software QA/Testing
• At least 6 years years of experience in load & performance testing
• At least 6 years years of experience in PI applications and architecture (M2C regarding many applications)
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Skill Level acc. to BNPP Skill Matrix (1-5) -> 5
