Associate DevOps Engineer

• Tool Management: Oversee upgrades, provide support, and contribute to the further development of our suite of tools.
• Automation: Develop and implement strategies to automate our platform, making it more efficient for DHL developers.
• Scripting and Task Automation: Utilize bash, shell, Powershell and Groovy for consumption scripts and task automation.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage our Cloud-based infrastructure on Azure, ensuring its stability and efficiency including oncall support.
• Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a DevSecOps role or similar position in application/system administration (experience in software development is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as bash, shell, PowerShell, or Groovy is a plus.
• Some experience with cloud services, especially Azure, and a basic understanding of infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, , GitHub Copilot, Cloudbees, Urban Code Deploy, Zabbix (or similar monitoring tools), Artifactory, and SonarQube is advantageous (knowledge of git, maven, npm, etc., is a plus)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
