Job Description
Test Strategy & Governance
Define and implement the overall test strategy for ServiceNow and SAP programmes.
Establish test governance, standards, and best practices across projects.
Ensure alignment with enterprise QA frameworks and compliance requirements.
Develop test plans, schedules, resource models, and budgets.
Test Planning & Delivery
Lead end-to-end test lifecycle management (SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, etc.).
Coordinate test execution across multiple workstreams and vendors.
Manage dependencies across SAP and ServiceNow integrations.
Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and risk profile.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leadership.
Provide clear reporting on test progress, defects, and quality metrics.
Act as the primary escalation point for testing issues and risks.
Defect & Quality Management
Oversee defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution processes.
Ensure robust traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
Monitor and report on quality KPIs and test metrics.

Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale enterprise environments.
