What you need to have:

  • Minimum 15+ years professional experience building applications.

  • Strong proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred). Familiarity with Vue or Angular acceptable.

  • Strong server-side experience with Node.js (NestJS or Express). TypeScript experience strongly preferred.

  • Practical experience with MongoDB (or other document DBs) and data modeling.

  • Familiarity with Python for scripting or ML integration.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web security best practices.

  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS preferred/Azure) and basic infra-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation) concepts.

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and integrating LLMs into applications.

  • Hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills and ability to own features end-to-end.

 

What makes you stand out?

  • Production experience with Kubernetes, AWS services (S3, Lambdas, SQS, IAM), or equivalent cloud tooling.

  • Experience with document ingestion pipelines and unstructured data storage (PDF/text ingestion, OCR, parsing).

  • Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and using vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS).

  • Experience deploying and monitoring LLM-based features: model selection, cost control, rate limiting, caching, observability.

  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama-family) and embeddings workflows.

  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, observability (logs/metrics/tracing), reliability, and cost optimization.
