Automation Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create agile methodologies and DevOps practices to optimize and establish a reliable automation infrastructure.
• Design resilient architectures to ensure high availability and reliability of systems and applications.
• Analyse system outages and create decision tree for faster resolution of the issues.
• Implement self-healing mechanisms and automated remediation actions to mitigate issues proactively.
• Monitor resource utilization trends and performance metrics to identify potential outliers.
• Define meaningful SLIs and establish corresponding SLOs to measure system reliability and performance.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Technologies (SAP NetWeaver certification preferred). SAP Basis knowledge or experience is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, system administration, and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity in Data science tools, Machine learning fundamentals and algorithms.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated tests.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Shell, or similar.
• Knowledge on configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is an added advantage.
