- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations
- Overseeing delivery teams to optimize processes and enhance service quality
- Implementing automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize performance
- Encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within managed services
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
- Addressing and resolving conflicts with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Validating compliance with professional and technical standards in service delivery
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support service excellence
What You Must Have
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & Production Operations (Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, Prometheus/Grafana, PagerDuty/Opsgenie)
- Observability & Monitoring (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog/Dynatrace, Jaeger/Tempo)
- AgentOps & AI Operations (Langfuse/LangSmith, AgentOps, OpenTelemetry)
- Incident Management & Reliability Engineering (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Jira, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/SRE Practices)
- Automation, Self-Healing & Platform Engineering (Python, Terraform, Ansible, Argo Workflows/ArgoCD, GitHub Actions/Jenkins)
- At least 10-14 years of experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
