Job Description
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, including upgrades, scaling, networking, ingress controllers, and deployment strategies.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Manage Azure PaaS services including Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Key Vault, API Management, Azure Front Door, and Azure Cache for Redis.
- Provision, administer, and troubleshoot Azure IaaS resources including Windows/Linux Virtual Machines, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Support application releases, deployment planning, change management, rollback activities, and production release windows.
- Perform vulnerability assessment and remediation using Microsoft Defender for Cloud and enterprise security tools, ensuring timely closure of security findings.
- Implement Azure security best practices including RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, Private Endpoints, Azure Policies, and network security controls.
- Monitor and maintain cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix, and PagerDuty.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and deployment issues while providing L2/L3 production support.
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cloud governance initiatives.
- Drive cloud cost optimization, operational excellence, automation, and platform reliability improvements.
