Azure DevOps Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities 

Must be able to design and implement DevOps practices for version control, compliance, infrastructure as code, configuration management, build, release, and testing by using Azure technologies. 

Must have clear understanding of DevOps Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and Continuous Delivery. 

Must have experience in creating CI & CD pipeline using Azure DevOps pipeline and guide the team on CI/CD. 

Must have experience in creating deployment pipeline for multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT etc) using approval process. 

Must be able to integrate security analysis tools with build pipeline. Experience in Static Code Analysis with Visual Studio, FxCop or Sonar Qube or any other equivalent tool. 

Experience in MS Build process customization. 

Experience in MS Azure Cloud-based solution Development 

 Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates 

Azure Dev Ops (CI/CD Pipelines) 

 Azure VMs 

Azure App Services 

Azure Kubernetes / Dockers 

Experience in MS SQL Server 

MS SQL Server Databases / Backups / Restore 

Automating SQL Scripts for Creating Databases 

SQL / MS SQL Database Management OOB Stored Procedure 

MS SQL Data Tools (Schema and Data Compare) or Redgate SQL Compare 

MS SQL Reporting Service 

MS SQL Integration Services 

Strong knowledge of Azure cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Azure virtual networks, Azure Active Directory; including provisioning, troubleshooting, and monitoring. 

Strong, confident knowledge of the Windows Server operating system and Internet Information Services (IIS). 

Strong knowledge of supporting build and release processes and tools (VSTS with GIT strongly preferred) 

Preferred Qualifications  

Minimum 7 years of experience with above skills
