Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery across squads: delivery strategy, milestones, RAID, dependencies, and senior stakeholder reporting.
- Own the technical delivery approach: architecture alignment, NFRs, integration, release strategy and operational model.
- Remain hands-on: contribute to critical Python development, design decisions, and code/design reviews to unblock teams.
- Drive DevOps maturity: CI/CD, automated testing, environment readiness, observability and operational handover.
- Ensure risk & control outcomes: secure-by-design delivery, documentation, evidence, and audit readiness.Coordinate with Product, Architecture, Cyber Security, Risk/Compliance and Platform teams to secure approvals and remove blockers.
- Lead incident/problem management oversight and continuous improvement for stability and performance.
- Coach teams on Agile/DevOps practices and build a culture of engineering excellence.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
- GCP or AWS certification (GCP preferred). Excellent core Python skills with proven ability to lead engineering delivery.Prompt engineering experience.
- Experience delivering LLM applications; understanding of popular LLM solutions in the market (must).
- Experience with LLM application agentic frameworks (preferred/strongly desired). Sound understanding of Azure / Google Cloud platforms.
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Storage, Cloud Functions. Data: SQL, NoSQL, DBT exposure.
- CI/CD pipelines; tools: Git, Jira, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Ansible (as applicable).
- Security: IAM, AD, ADLDS, roles, service accounts, entitlements. Events/streaming: Data Proc, Pub/Sub, Confluent/Kafka (or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; excellent communication.
