Work you’ll do

• As a fresher in this role, you’ll support the cloud and DevOps teams in day-to-day activities. Your focus will be on learning foundational cloud skills, assisting with basic configuration and support tasks, and observing best practices for enterprise IT operations. You’ll receive close guidance and mentorship as you build your skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS resources as guided by senior team members.

• Support basic user access requests (e.g., creating, modifying, or deleting user access in cloud portals).

• Shadow and document troubleshooting activities for simple cloud issues (like VM startup failures, resource quota limits).
