BCS Prod Ops Support Engineer

To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:

• Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.

• Experience of Microsoft Azure & Office 365 platform services.

• Experience of Exchange online and On Prem.

• Experience of Proofpoint.

Some other highly valued skills may include below:

• M365 Fundamentals (MS-900).

• Experience on Office 365 Admin Centre.

• Working knowledge of the M365 Product Suite including Teams, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.

• Scripting capability, including PowerShell.

• Experience using monitoring and backup tools such as Splunk, ESAAS, and Rubrik.

• Good to have knowledge of Copilot, Cyber Resiliency and Splunk cloud.

• GCP as a recovery platform.
