CI-CD Automation Senior Developer

What you will do:

• Participate in the design, implementation, and management of automation pipelines for BSS and OSS solutions.
• Integrate cloud-native technologies and GitOps practices into workflows.
• Design and maintain DevOps tools and frameworks to support scalable automation, including in-house built applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, SD, SDU, CU) to ensure alignment from design, development, delivery, and deployment of BOS products and solutions, considering both Ericsson and customer goals.
• Streamline the installation, operations, and integration processes for BSS and OSS services.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and continuously optimize system performance.
• Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks to improve automation practices.
• Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing.

The skills you bring:

• Education: Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in Cloud Native and GitOps practices.
• Strong development skills, as required by automation assets: Shell, Python, Ansible, Golang...
• Familiarity with BSS and OSS products and solutions: EC, EB, ESOA, EOC, ECM, EM, ECEV, ESSVT, etc.
• Knowledge of the development process for Ericsson Products (preferably BOS domain), including knowledge of Solution Configuration methodology and tools (Mimer, Munin, SWGW).
• Knowledge of Ericsson Cloud Native Architecture, including TEA, ADP, BCSS, and BOS design rules and principles.
• Proficiency in Cloud Native and DevOps tools, including Kubernetes, Helm, Helmfile, Flux, GitLab, Artifactory, and other CI/CD frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automation pipelines and system integration.
• Knowledge of modern monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Solid understanding of Everything as Code principles.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
