Job Description
What you will do:
- Should have strong Technical Skills on SIP and Microsoft 365 services.
- Should have strong understanding on Quality of Service (QoS), TCP/IP and Network communications.
- Should have an understanding on bringing the Automation ideas in the ways of working
- Should understand ITIL incident, problem, and change management practices, working to defined service level agreements. Also, responsible for reporting, vendor management, asset management.
- Flexible in approach to work content and responsibilities.
- Designing, implementing including Installing, configuring, and supporting on related services of Teams/Skype for Business.
- Responsible for the operation and management of Ericsson Skype/Teams Application Services and infrastructure.
The skills you bring:
- Unified Communications - Microsoft Teams applications, Video services
- Experience in L1 service desk.
- Identity And Access Management.
- Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
- CI/CD. - Descopes.
- Network (Switching, Routing and Security) - IT security, Monitoring and compliance.
- Understanding Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) - Service delivery management
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
- Minimum years of relevant experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in the unified communications - teams application & Video services
