Lead Quality Engineer

• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and Java to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodologies using Cucumber to enhance collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues during the software development lifecycle.
• Provide detailed test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement in the testing process.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards for software quality assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and tools.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in automation testing techniques and tools.
• Work closely with developers to understand system architecture and design effective test cases.
• Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable test scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards when testing applications in the finance and accounting domain.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Selenium Java and Cucumber for automation testing.

• Experience in the finance and accounting domain is highly desirable.

• Hold a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering with a maximum of 12 years preferred.
