Cloud Engineer II

As a Cloud Engineer II, you will get to:

• Provide escalated support for complex Microsoft Intune-related issues reported by admins and end-users.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve critical issues impacting the functionality and security of Intune-managed devices. 
• Architect and optimize Intune policies for device compliance, security, and application management. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex device enrollment and management issues. 
• Lead the deployment and optimization of applications through Microsoft Intune. 
• Ensure proper application lifecycle management, including updates, dependencies, and removals. 
• Design and implement advanced security policies and compliance settings in Intune. 
• Collaborate with security teams to address advanced compliance-related matters. 
• Architect and optimize user profile and email configurations on Intune-managed devices. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve synchronization and connectivity issues. 
  Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of Intune-related incidents and service requests. 
• Collaborate with Level 3 support for complex issue resolution. 
• Implement and optimize advanced security features within Intune, including conditional access policies and threat protection. 
• Lead efforts to enhance the overall security posture of Intune-managed devices. 
• Develop and implement advanced automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages to streamline administrative tasks. 
• Lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the Intune environment.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-101, MD-102 and SC-900 are required. 
• Experience – 3 to 5 years
• Primary skills – Intune, SCCM, Defender for Endpoint
• Secondary skills – Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint etc
