Cloud Engineer L1 Support

Role Description & Responsibilities

As part of this team, you will be responsible for the Dassault Systemes Cloud Support for world wide data centres 24*7. This team manages and maintains the WW Cloud environments and are also responsible for the success of our customers.

• Help L2/L3 teams through a series of actions, via either phone/mobile, email or chat, until resolution.
• Open to work in 24*7 shift environment with rotational weekend work.
• You will be working on LINUX, UNIX Scripting and related technologies for monitoring and maintaining the cloud platforms and services.
• Able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers both local and remote.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience with Bachelors/ Masters of Computer Science Engineering
• Primary Skills: Good knowledge in UNIX, LINUX, preferred to have knowledge on Cloud Technology (AWS).
• Basics of Databases, networking and shell/python scripting
