Responsibilities

• Exchange Online (6 years experience).
• Proofpoint (4 years experience).
• ServiceNow ITSM Experience.
• Migration Experience.
• Understanding of differences between licenses (e3-f3 etc).
• Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• User account management and permissions.
• Monitoring system performance and availability.
• Providing user training and support.
• Escalating unresolved issues to L3 support.
