Responsibilities:

The role supports the ongoing run and management of the Arm Identity platform including:

Management and ongoing development of directories across AD, LDAP, Entra ID.
Working with engineering on developing and supporting new authentication standards such as SPIFFE and Vault.
Support the migration of legacy identity platforms to a newer automation first platform.
Extend the Arm identity platform to support our platforms across all of the Hyperscalers utilised within Arm.
Configure and run Entra ID roles, groups, policies, conditional access, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and identity protection.
Integrate identity as a key foundation in our end to end automation and observability platform.
Proactively identify, assess and enhance new identity technologies as part of Arm Identity platform roadmap.
Develop and maintain automated processes for authentication workflows.
Implement AIOps practices to increase system reliability, performance, and security.
Working alongside the O365 specialist, configuring changes in the O365 environment.
Write and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) for technical teams and end users.

3 yrs of experience in Entra ID cloud, and its extension to other cloud environments.
Experience of implementing new authentication processes such as SPIFFE.
Consistent track record in the management of identity for non-human workloads.
At least 18 months experience of scripting and automation in a cloud and on premise environment.
Good understanding and experience of Entra ID and its related services and features.
Experience in configuring and handling Microsoft Entra Connect, B2B, Azure services.
Track record of working in a Dev Ops environment.
