Job Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment in an AWS environment.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure repeatable, secure cloud environments.
  • Monitor system performance, implement application health checks, and ensure high availability across lower and production environments.
  • Automate and schedule log scanning to proactively identify system failures and performance bottlenecks.
  • Manage user access, roles, and security permissions across infrastructure components.
  • Utilize knowledge of networking, firewalls, and secure data transmission protocols to keep platforms secure.

Protegrity Administration & Data Protection (Core Domain to Learn/Manage)

  • Administer and maintain the Protegrity Data Protection Platform, handling policy configuration, tokenization, and encryption services (Training/ramp-up time will be provided).
  • Manage Enterprise Security Administrator (ESA), Key Management, and Certificate Management.
  • Install, patch, and upgrade Protegrity software across On-Premises and AWS environments.
  • Troubleshoot data tokenization and de-tokenization issues, ensuring seamless data flow across Databricks and database layers.

Mandatory Skills

  • DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience designing and maintaining pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, and AWS CodePipeline.
  • Infrastructure & Operations: Production Support, System Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Error Handling strategies.
  • ITSM & Collaboration Tools: Jira, ServiceNow.
  • Data Protection & Security (Willing to Learn): Basic knowledge of, or a strong aptitude to quickly learn, Protegrity Administration (ESA, tokenization, and key/certificate management).

Support, Collaboration & Culture

  • Provide robust production support, actively participating in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Follow established incident management and change control processes using Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Document technical configurations, runbooks, and operational procedures to ensure team continuity.
    • Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in an afternoon/evening support window (2:00 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST) and participating in an on-call roster, including occasional weekend support for critical deployments.
