DevOps Engineer

Operations

• Monitor application and infrastructure health using Dynatrace and other tools.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Automate operational tasks using Linux shell scripting to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for smooth deployments.
• Maintain documentation for operational processes and automation workflows.

Automation QA

• Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Execute regression, functional, and smoke tests for critical applications.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and work with developers for resolution.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain reusable automation frameworks.

 Required Skills

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Proficiency in Linux scripting (Bash, Shell).
• Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana).
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python for scripting.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit frameworks.
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
  • Version control experience (Git).
