Cloud Platform Engineer

• Analyze overall requirements and design the appropriate hybrid cloud infrastructure platform capabilities & services needed.
• Build, automate & maintain a highly available cloud agnostic infrastructure platform for customers worldwide.
• Work closely with several internal customers (e.g. development teams) across the entire company and support them with generic and expandable platform capabilities.
• Work closely with cloud- and enterprise architects to create best-in-class digital solutions.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Azure Cloud development or similar field (AWS, GCP).
• Experience & interest in software development practices.
• Experience working with large scale cloud-based systems.

Technical competences

• Azure infrastructure and development, Declarative Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform/OpenTofu).
• SW development background (e.g. .NET Core/C# based;) is a plus
• Modern DevOps and deployment automation practices. e.g. Azure DevOps - including build and release pipelines.
• Containerization (e.g., Docker/OCI-Images)
• Container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes/OpenShift/AKS/EKS/GKS, Operators as ArgoCD).
• Modern architectures (e.g., Microservices, distributed systems, clean architecture).
  • Security & Reliability minded.
