The role:   Cloud Security Expert - Azure, SecOps

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cloud-native concepts, with a specific focus on Microsoft Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management tools such as Rapid7, PrismaCloud, or Wiz.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and its role in securing cloud environments.
• Proven experience working on security teams for large public cloud infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications in cloud security (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate) is desired.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust security measures for our Azure cloud environments.
• Utilize Cloud Security Posture Management tools, such as Rapid7, PrismaCloud, or Wiz, to ensure the secure configuration of cloud resources.
• Work closely with Microsoft Defender to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security best practices for large-scale public cloud infrastructures.
• Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and propose remediation strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest cloud security trends, technologies, and best practices.
