Cloud Support - Asst Vice President

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

•          Clouds concepts,

•          Devops global skills, (K8/Docker/Ansible/Python)

•          Databases – skills to query mongo DBs,

•          Good tasks management, prioritisation, risk management,

•          Appreciation of production processes, including change and release management,

•          ITIL / AGILE knowledge,

•          Monitoring – Experience in managing monitoring tools,

•          Data – Experience into Log indexing product such as Elastic Search/Kibana, Grafana, Superset.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

•            Project management skills – Strong minded and ability to follow project, to report.

•            Good general understanding of global infrastructure, firewalls and networking and considerations in these areas.

•            Analytical skills - Ability to analyse data surrounding incidents to a fine level, investigate dependencies and evaluate possible areas for improvement, and actions with a view to automate resolution.
