Cloud Value Sr specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement GCP Infrastructure: Use Terraform to automate the provisioning of GCP resources (IaC) ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.
• Manage GKE Clusters: Provision and manage GKE clusters using Helm including StatefulSets following GCP best practises.
• CI-CD Pipeline Setup: Design and optimize CI-CD pipelines. Leverage GitHub Actions to trigger ArgoCD deployments in a GitOps workflow.
• Optimize Performance and Costs: Implement best practices for performance tuning and cost optimization of GCP services.
• Security and Compliance: Design and maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up and manage monitoring tools dashboards to ensure system reliability and quickly resolve issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development customer teams to streamline application deployments and improve operational efficiency.
• Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and fine-tune performance of GCP PaaS components. Give infra sizing recommendations.
• Documentation: Document procedures policies and configurations for the infrastructure


 

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Google Cloud technologies including Migrate to Containers Cloud Source Repositories Container Registry and more.
• Have hands-on experience with container orchestration using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Demonstrate proficiency in automating build and deployment processes using Cloud Build and Cloud Deploy.
• Show expertise in managing and securing container images with Container Registry and Container Analysis.
• Be skilled in monitoring and optimizing cloud operations using Google Clouds Operations suite.
• Have experience in managing build artifacts with Artifact Registry.
• Nice to have domain skill experience in Devices / SPM.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues.
• Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest cloud technologies.
