CloudOps Engineer II

What You'll Do
 

• Work with colleagues to support an application hosted at on-premises data centers and public cloud providers.
• Work with our Support organization in resolution of trouble tickets, developing and running scripts, creating SQL jobs, and troubleshooting IIS in a hosted environment.
• Responsible for working with clients, colleagues and team members to diagnose client connectivity and performance issues.
• Participate in on-call duty rotation and periodic weekend work with other team members.

What You'll Bring
 

• 8 years of experience.
• Strong Working experience and knowledge in Windows and Linux servers with good trouble shooting server-related issues.
• Good working experience in SQL server. Should be able to perform DB backups, restores, troubleshooting etc.
• Experience in managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity.
• Hands on experience with configuration management tools like chef and its troubleshooting.
• Strong AWS skills in various AWS services like RDS, IAM, EC2, VPN, S3 etc.
• Work closely with development and CC team on infra related issues.
• Working Experience of Administering Windows server platform (2012/2016/2019)
• Working Experience of MS SQL Server (2012/2016/2017/2019)
• Proficiency in Linux administration and troubleshooting
• Experience in Bash scripting.
• Basic knowledge of networking, load balancing, virtualization, storage, CDN
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Should be a initiative-taker, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ready to work on shifts and on-calls.
