Consultant - Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

ServiceNow Software Development and Application Design.

ServiceNow Platform upgrades and performing tuning.

ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM events and CMDB hands-on experience is a must.

Minimum ServiceNow relevant experience should be above 6 years.

Core accountabilities includes:

1) ServiceNow Application development on ITSM workflows, flow designer, Business rules, UI policies, flow standardization etc.

2) ServiceNow integrations using REST API, connectors, custom integration

3) ServiceNow CMDB discovery (clound and on-premise), flows to manage CI/Asset lifecycle

4) ServiceNow events workflows and integrating event sources with ServiceNow

5) ServiceNow upgrade, patching and cloning knowledge

6) ServiceNow ATF for automation

7) ServiceNow skip records, troubleshooting and performance tuning

8) Grooming new team member or engineers on the team

9) constant knowledge sharing and cross-skilling

Qualifications

Bacholor or Masters degree in Computer science field
