Custom Software Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code by following best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with application servers and web technologies related to Java Enterprise Edition.
- Familiarity with database integration and SQL for backend development.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Java applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required
